50 Years and Counting

When I asked Mr. Bishop what the secret to 50 years of a happy marriage is, he responded with, 

"I think the best advice I could give you is to have fun together. Learn each others hobbies, learn to enjoy them, and spend that time together." 

after a pause, he clasped his hands together and continued, more to himself than to me,

"I still rush home and am anxious to see her when she is away from me. I hate spending time away from her."

I hope to still feel that in 48 years.
