Some weeks I find my To-do list becoming more detailed with little things like "eat lunch", "brush your teeth", and even "get out of bed."
And then there are really hard weeks,
with days that a to-do list is the farthest thing from my mind and I literally need to be told to
and to get on with the day.
I know that when I am in that zone I can't even begin to think of what will get me out of bed.. and HOW to get out of bed. So I made a list... and turned it into a giant poster...
...It will soon be a 24X36 on my wall RIGHT by my bed.
(And yes bright green... I can't be able to ignore it.)
You should make a list up for yourself, at least to fall back on when you are having a bad day. What will get you out of this funk, or at least out of bed?
